How it works
A browser cockpit for agents already installed on your computer.
The relay stays thin. The local desktop agent owns the terminal, filesystem, process and installed CLI detection.
-
01
Install the desktop agent
A small tray app runs on the user's PC and connects outward to the Vibe Deck relay.
-
02
Pair by one-time code
The browser account and local agent are linked without opening firewall ports.
-
03
Spawn real PTY sessions
Open terminals, split layouts, drag sessions between cells and control actual local CLI processes.
Adapter-first
One deck, many CLI agents.
Vibe Deck should not bet on one model vendor. The UI exposes capabilities reported by the local agent, then starts only what is really installed.
Security model
Local authority. Browser convenience.
No inbound ports. The agent dials out over WSS.
No fake capability list. The desktop app reports detected CLIs.
No cloud agent takeover. The local machine runs the terminal process.
No stale UI guesswork. Offline devices and missing binaries are shown honestly.
Download agent
Install once. Control from every screen.
